Aug. 29 - KHI Sporting Clays Event

We are very excited to host the

2024 KHI – Frank Hamilton, Jr. Memorial Clay Shoot 

on August 29, 2024 at the Elk Creek Hunt Club in Owenton, KY.   

 

The cost is $1,200 per team of four and includes 100 sporting clay targets, ammunition, golf cart rental, water, soft drinks, and lunch. Proceeds from the event are used to help the Hope Center in Lexington and to augment the KHI Scholarship fund. 

We will have a morning and afternoon flight (limited to 30 teams per flight).  Priority will be on a first come, first serve basis.  You must register and commit to a team of four – KHI staff will not pair up teams.

Registration for the AM or PM Flight will be open until Friday, August 23, 2024. 

 

**If you want to register a team, but do not have all the names of the shooters, you may register as the team captain to hold your spot and let us know the team members later.  However, we must have names, email addresses, and shooting information for all shooters one week in advance. Electronic waivers will be emailed to all participants and must be completed before arriving on August 29. 

 

The deadline for sponsors is Wednesday, August 14th, 2024. 

 

Cancellation Policy: 

NO cancellations after Monday, August 26, 2024. Substitutions are welcome.

All credit card refunds will be subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee.
